In yoga, we talk about the third eye. The third eye is not the pineal gland but it’s associated with the pineal gland.
It’s also associated with the ability to focus your attention on one single thing for a long time. And when the pineal gland is healthy, your ability to focus is also healthy.
A single, one-pointed focus awakens your ability to perceive possibilities that go beyond all limitations.
The ancient people knew that. It’s even mentioned in the Bible.
Unfortunately calcification of the pineal gland is very common.
And a calcified pineal gland disrupts this ability to perceive and to focus.
A calcified pineal gland messes with your sleep, lowers the production of melatonin, disrupts the circadian rhythm, and puts you in a semi-sleep state.
Alzheimer’s patients have a high degree of pineal gland calcification.
Other signs of pineal gland calcification include:
Cravings for alcohol
Feeling tired and sleep deprived
There are some practical things you can do to recover.
