There are three (main) limiting beliefs that most people have which prevent us from accelerating and realizing our own personal potential and stalls our personal growth. They are:
- An Inconsistent and Incorrect Self Image
- An Inactive Imagination
- A Scary Vision of the World
These three beliefs follow you around wherever you go. These beliefs serve a purpose – they create fear, anxiety, and depression and prevent you from stepping outside of your comfort zone.
Your comfort zone is just a myth. Your comfort zone is a set of beliefs that you made about that tell a story about your world.
So, if there is something you want and you don’t have it, you just have to look at your beliefs about yourself and listen to the stories that you tell about why you don’t have what you want. Most of my clients are already fine, financially.
Much of the work I see surrounding beliefs and how beliefs affect us, is about how to create more wealth and how to have more success in business. That’s because limiting beliefs show up there first – in the bank account.
But limiting beliefs show up in your health and your relationships, also.
If you have any of these feelings: anxiety, depression, or anger, you should also know that if the beliefs you have are left unresolved, the underlying emotions will bubble up as skin conditions, heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, pain syndromes, and liver disease.
Often, it only takes three ayurvedic counseling sessions to get to the root of the matter and resolve the belief. This allows the body to let go of the emotion and THAT creates an environment where the body can heal itself.
