1. Begin Each Day with Positivity

In the  morning, right as you are waking up, is a magical time, especially for your mind.

As you begin waking up and getting yourself together for the day, your mind is making an amazing shift.  You’re transition from the unconscious, abstract world of sleeping and dreaming to the more rational, concrete reality of day-to-day life. Whatever you’re thinking, feeling, and believing during the morning hours has a profound rippling effect on your entire day.

That’s why all of my programs include some specific things you do in the morning.

Positive self talk, mirror work, mantra japa, and prayer are some of the best things you can do for yourself to speak success into your day.

As soon as you wake up, declare positivity into your day! Bless the day ahead. It’s important to intentionally find something to be grateful for and focus on that. Instill your intention (for peace, positivity, abundance – whatever it may be) into your subconscious mind and you’ll instantly start finding reasons for the day to be fantastic!

The morning is also a great time to give yourself a little dose of something you love, whether it’s music, creative writing, a lovely cup of tea, or some extra snuggle time.
